The conversation begins at 7:30 AM; expected to wrap up following a brief Q&A at 8:45 AM. We're honored to be sitting down with Michelle Van Dyke, President & CEO of Heart of West Michigan United Way, and Shannon Blackmon-Gardner, Vice President of Community Impact at United Way as they share United Way’s vision for a thriving community for all and how they are addressing systemic inequities, targeting the root causes of poverty, and investing in long-term solutions to address change. They’ll share how we, as the next generation of leaders in philanthropy, must take charge to help improve our community and the large role that our local business community plays in West Michigan.
