Join us at the Capital City Market, downtown Lansing, for an evening of CharBOOerie board building! We are going to be adding a fun Halloween twist to our traditional class! Costumes are encouraged! Class will be held on October 26th at 6 pm. This class will teach charcuterie basics plus our favorite tips and tricks from Amayesing Graze. We will be building a HALLOWEEN-themed board with ingredients that you can find at the Capital City Market! We will provide everything necessary to make and take a delicious charcuterie board home to share with family and friends. Our friends from American Fifth Spirits will be joining us for a tasting, for ages 21+. ID required for tasting. Your board will be loaded with artisan cheeses, various charcuterie, fall favorites, fruits, nuts, honey, crackers, and more. Class duration is around 1.5 hours. Space is limited.
