Kiss the Ground is a full-length documentary narrated by Woody Harrelson that sheds light on a “new, old approach” to farming called “regenerative agriculture” that has the potential to balance our climate, replenish our vast water supplies, and feed the world.
Learn about how regenerative farming and restoring soil health can save our planet, help us grow more nutritious food, and protect our water and wildlife. We have some great local speakers after the movie: Elana Warsen (Michigan Worm Works), Bernie Ware (retired Bear Lake farmer), Daniel Marbury (Crosshatch). Gene Lagerquist (Spirit of the Woods) will be the facilitator.
The event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6pm.
