Sadly, I need to rehome my 3 y/o female gray and white tabby. A real sweetie, Willow is healthy, spayed and current on vaccinations. She weighs about 10 pounds, small in comparison to other cats. She is an indoor-only cat. Willow is a good option for anyone who doesn't want to go through the intense kitten phase. But she's still young enough to be part of your family for a long time. Willow is a rescue and still has some typical semi-wild characteristics, such as not liking to be picked up, covered with blankets or stuck in her carrier. I think these traits can be trained out of her. We haven't been consistent in trying. She has always been friendly with people. She will sit next to you on the floor or couch and will snuggle right by your side in bed. When the pound picked her up, she had a broken tooth. The remaining part was removed. Willow is a.k.a. One Fang Fanny! She likes her wet food and a few crunchy treats per day. Willow won't do well in a home with other animals. She needs to rule the roost and everyone in it. A retired couple, family with well-behaved children, or an individual who's home most of the time will make Willow's perfect new family. (Only my suggestions) Her front paws have been declawed, which makes her a great companion for seniors and kids. She loves attention and will let you know when she needs it. She loves to be brushed. I will start traveling extensively again for work this fall. (Didn't think that would happen.) Willow needs and deserves much more attention than sitting around at home alone most of the time. Do you have room in your heart and home for Willow? I prefer to keep Willow with me until we find her new home. She probably wouldn't like being in a shelter.
