Established 80s band is looking for a solid keyboardist. We gig regularly and are looking for someone to take over the keyboard position in the next couple of months. The band has a strong song list, good stage energy, and a growing reputation with local venues. We do clubs and private events with above-average pay. We play the complete gamut of MTV and radio hits from the era, from harder-edged guitar rock to electronic music and pop songs dominated by the synth. Our ideal candidate has an understanding of the 80s decade and the aesthetic, shows a willingness to entertain, devotes time to getting sounds and performances right, and can make time to rehearse when needed. Our band is fun but highly professional. We enjoy the music and performing it, but we value our relationships with venues and clients just as much.
