TLS Custom Concrete is a family-owned residential concrete business looking for a concrete finisher to join our crew. Our crew works as a team. All of our supervisors, finishers and laborers work together to get each project done. As a concrete finisher, daily job tasks would include grading dirt/rock, placing forms, finishing concrete, and helping the crew complete a job in a smooth and fast manner. IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO: *Is hard working, responsible, and reliable *Has at least 2 years prior experience with concrete *Is willing to learn *Has reliable transportation to travel throughout the North Metro of the Twin Cities, MN on a daily basis. *Has a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance. JOB DETAILS: *Pay is based on experience. Willing to compensate your desired pay if you work hard, are an experienced and skilled finisher, show up on time, are reliable, and willing to do your best at every job. *Start immediately. Includes 40+ Hours a week.
