Revolution Custom Builders has a new opening for an experienced construction superintendent. JOB SUMMARY: In this position you will coordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities. • Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications. • Maintain construction schedule, identify, and solve problems. • Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process. • Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other employees. • Prepare, schedule, and supervise completion of a final punch list. • Promote job-site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards immediately. • Ensure all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy. • Maintain an organized job site, including the construction office. • Lift and carry heavy materials up to 100 lbs. • Drive to different job sites in personal vehicle or company vehicle. • Keep good driving record. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Construction Industry (this is not an entry level position).
