Seeking Witness to Bank Appt. Expecting refusal to close accts

Please, if anyone knows of a church or private person who would be willing to witness Wells F appt. They will likely refuse to close my bank accts when I have asked in writing, and they may really have already stolen my second SSI payment in 2 months, claiming my accts must stay frozen after conveniently freezing them due to suspicious activity after 3 live in person complaints of Identity theft during Aug. If anyone is willing to write down the excuses they will likely make!!!! I have already likely lost 1700-2100 in 6 weeks minimum because they are taking advantage of the identity theft situation. I was going to move 3 weeks ago to the east side of the country, and this horrible bank of mine after 10-years as a customer is leaving me penniless on the streets!
