Found bag at Tail of the Lake

Found a bag with some personal items and car keys on the ground in the parking lot of Gas Works Park yesterday at the Tail of the Lake between two cars. Not sure if this was dropped or stolen and left since there is no wallet or ID inside but there are some items I think you are probably missing and would likely want back. It had been there since 650 am but was still there when I returned to my car in the afternoon. Didn't know what to do but was hoping I might be able to find the missing owner rather than just leave it. If you lost this, please describe the bag and what items would have been inside and I'll be happy to get these back to you.
