Need EXPERIENCED Painter w/ power washing experience as well.

First...Need someone who has power washer and ladders...up to 32, 36, and 40 footers. Need exterior trim on house washed/rinsed. Trim includes overhangs, window and door casings, windows, doors, shutters, and 2 garage doors. If you cannot power wash windows and doors without forcing water inside the home...do not respond. Realistically, a 4 or 5 hour project. I know the approximate time frame, because I myself am a Professional Painter....but I'm out of state....hence why I'm looking for someone to take care of this for me. Secondly...I will also be interested in having you help me and my son take care of the painting. I would like the power washing to take place this Thursday 10/6....I plan to be back in town on Friday to start the painting. The pay is $200 for the powerwashing.....and $200 for an 8 hour day to help with the painting. The painting should be completed over the weekend.
