APARTMENT MANAGER AND MAINTENANCE PERSONAL NEEDED FOR APARTMENT COMPLEX IN BRIGHTON, CO. We are looking for a live-on-site team. Office Manager would be responsible for: answering phones, computer entry, communicating with management company, leasing, rent collections, lease and rule compliance, oversee maintenance staff. Maintenance must have basic maintenance skills and would be responsible for: cleaning, drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, snow removal, keeping common areas clean. Must have own tools.
