Need industrial, car or outdoor space for Halloween party

Small indie record label looking for a venue for a Halloween party/show on 10/28 9pm-midnight for 75-100 people. Bar, restaurant, warehouse space or outdoor will work. Will consider a private home. Our budget is $650 for 5 hours (3 hour party and 1 hour of set up and clean up). Needs a space for a live band to set up -- fine if not a formal stage. Thanks!
