I've got a townhouse in Gaithersburg. It's a middle unit with a small deck off the second-floor kitchen. It's a rental, and the city of G'burg, is fussing about some worn-out deck boards. Looking to have someone check it out and give me an estimate of what it will cost for you to repair it. These are 2 x 6 decking boards. I can have the material delivered by Home Depot, or you can add it to your estimate. Thank you.
