We have an opening for a Maintenance Technician. Duties include but are not limited to: Regular maintenance of apartments and common areas including monthly turns Painting Pool and spa maintenance Grounds cleanup Completion of work orders Position requires ability to climb stairs and ladders. Monday through Friday schedule. Rotating on call will be required. Must be able to pass background check (drug, criminal, etc) Property Maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
