Sol's Garden is accepting applications for 4-5 year olds! Our licensed program runs Mon-Thurs from 9AM to 3PM. We have a small, stable group of children ranging in ages from 1-6, with low student-teacher ratios (usually 1:3). Our Director and lead teacher, Timber Ogden, is a certified Waldorf educator. After earning her bachelor's degree in Education at the University of Oregon, Timber went on to complete the Waldorf teacher training at the Eugene Waldorf School. She created an intentional program that is centered around: *A consistent weekly rhythm for our daily activities (Painting, Baking, Dough, Gardening) *A consistent weekly meal plan of local, organic, homemade foods *Plenty of daily outside play (rain or shine!) in our backyard *A garden that the children help tend to in each season (and friendly family chickens to feed and collect eggs from) *Songs and therapeutic stories, as well as seasonal verses *Emotionally intelligent support for social and emotional development More information can be found on our website here: https://www.solsgarden.com/home Inquiries can be sent to our email, we generally respond within 24 hours.
