We currently oversee over 2,000 apartments with another 1,200 in the works. Always growing and looking to promote! -Wage: $25-$30 -Hours of operation are 7am-3:30pm. -Physically demanding work. Must be able to regularly lift 120 pounds and be able to work with ladders of all sizes. -We offer 401k, Health insurance and PTO. -We Provide vans and all tools to properly do the job. -Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
