All Star Labor and Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a client in Orenco area of Hillsboro. This is a temp to hire position. Pay is $60-65k per year Depending on Experience. Job description Position Requirements: · Experience and knowledge developing, documenting and authorizing quality policies and procedures utilizing an ISO-9000 format · Knowledge and experience working with engineering organizations to establish inspection criteria for measuring and ensuring manufacturing and vendor · compliance to design standards · Working knowledge and experience in an ISO 9001 environment · Working knowledge and experience in an electronics OEM environment · Supervisory/management experience with a small inspection/documentation staff · Strong working knowledge and experience working with supplier quality standards and supplier quality programs (Supplier audits and Key supplier programs) · Knowledge and experience working with Return Material Authorization, Material Review Board, Discrepant Material Review, Quality Standards and Reporting, Corrective Action Plan and other quality measurement and reporting programs · Strong communication skills working with suppliers, customers, and employees · Manage quality objective functions and personnel as assigned to ensure · compliance with all corporate policies and procedures · Execute and manage all functions and responsibilities as assigned by management Interface: · Work with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Management organizations to achieve specific quality objectives · Work with suppliers, vendors and customers to define, support, and report on defined quality objectives and results Educational Requirements: · Bachelors Degree in a technical field · Five years experience in a quality organization in a managerial position · ISO-9001 or ISO-9002 Lead Auditor You would need to be an employee of All Star Labor and Staffing to be considered for this position and an interview will be done by the client.
