We have an 8 unit apartment building we are looking for a live in caretaker to do lawn care, snow removal, common area janitorial, resident work orders, customer service and some resident activities. Must have valid drivers license with insurance. We are offering 2 bedroom with heat for an exchange of 9 hours per week. Very flexible schedule and can work with another job.
