In need of a painter to paint a vacant Flip house. Home is ready to start!! This home is Under 1000 sq ft and its a Ranch. VACANT!! Living Room Hall with closet 3 Bedrooms with closets Bathroom Kitchen Stairwell to basement There will be ceiling white on ceilings. White gloss on casings, jambs, and baseboards Beige on walls. The doors are Polyurethane coated. PAINT WILL BE SUPPLIED. I really don't believe in the paint-n-primer scam, but the wall and trim paint will be a medium or better grade paint and will be a Paint n Primer mix. The painter will supply painting supplies. I am looking for a Bid on what you would charge for Labor and supplies for the above areas. After receiving a few estimated prices, I would like to discuss all the details with somebody and commit to having the job with one of the responses I receive. Please bid on the above!
