Description
As his final days as head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) wind down, it is reported that Dr. Anthony Fauci is secretly sending more of your tax dollars to study bat coronaviruses...
Remember: On September 21, Fauci green-lit a $653,392 grant to Peter Dzask and EcoHealth Alliance for "bat coronavirus" research. EcoHealth is the same firm that Fauci paid to do bat coronavirus 'gain-of-function' research in the Wuhan lab - the lab where Covid-19 is thought to have originated from.
So, 'Gain-of-function' research is when scientists REPLICATE and SPEED UP up the MUTTION of a VIRUS in a lab.
Let's reacquaint ourselves with Fauci's relationship with EcoHealth Alliance and Peter Dzask.
Way back in 2014, Obama banned the use of 'gain-of-function' research because of the potential that it could ACCIDENTALLY CAUSE A DANGEROUS OUTBREAK.
Fauci got around this ban by farming out the research to EcoHealth Alliance, paying them $3,748,715 of your tax dollars..
EcoHealth Alliance then SUBCONTRACTED the research to the WUHAN Institute of Virology.
U.S.-funded research continued in Wuhan until March 2020, when then-President Trump canceled the funding.
It's also worth noting that Peter Dzask was the only U.S.-based representative for the World Health Organization;'s investigation into whether Covid originated from the Wuhan lab... That's like allowing a criminal to investigate his own crime scene.
Now Today: This new study is set to involve bats and coronaviruses and it will run through August 31, 2027. The new research will take place in Laos, Vietnam, and Burma.
Senator Joni Earnst has introduced legislation to ban giving any federal funds to EcoHealth Alliance, saying:
“Giving taxpayer money to EcoHealth to study pandemic prevention is like paying a suspected arsonist to conduct fire safety inspection."
