***Turf Health Incorporated Crew Leader Specific Job Responsibilities*** • Supervising, training, and motivating the work of a 2 to 3 member team to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency • Operation of a variety of landscape maintenance equipment such as a zero turn mower, push mower, line trimmer, hedge trimmer, truck and trailer, backpack blower, bed edger • Daily tasks may include: mowing, line trimming, changing mower blades, weeding beds, pruning/shearing of shrubs, spot spraying of weeds, debris pick up, bed edging and mulching • Know how to manage a jobsite with multiple crew members • Coordinating with Operation manager to maintain equipment, trucks, and trailers Qualifications: • Ideal candidate to have 3 years current landscape maintenance experience • Leadership, organization, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment • Has worked on commercial and residential maintenance properties using above mentioned equipment • Valid driver’s license and must be able to drive under company insurance • Ability to lift 50 lbs ***Turf Health Incorporated Crew Member Specific Job Responsibilities*** • Hands-on work with instruction and training from Crew Lead on job tasks • Drive truck/trailer with Foreman to job sites (if needed we will train to drive truck and trailer) • Daily tasks may include: mowing, line trimming, changing mower blades, weeding beds, pruning/shearing of shrubs, spot spraying of weeds, debris pick up, bed edging and mulching Qualifications: • A Valid Driver’s License and cleared to drive under company insurance • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment • Ability to lift 50lbs • Must be able to work outside in heat, rain, and cold weather • Must be able to work Saturdays when necessary • A willingness to learn every aspect of landscape maintenance from different machines and tools to proper horticulture methods; we will train the right person!
