The Landscape Enhancement Crew Member is critically important to our growth and success. The Landscape Enhancement Crew Member is responsible working with your crew to provide professional landscape enhancement (work order), landscape maintenance and snow removal services on commercial properties. BRILAR EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PROGRAM: Year-Round Full-time Work (30 hours/week is considered FT) Premium Snow Rate Quarterly Bonus Program - $500 Summer, weather permitting, 3-day weekends Referral Bonuses Responsibilities: Landscape maintenance Renovation Enhancement Installations Assisting other crews Requirements: Accountability Ensure work is being conducted safely for the employees, the customers, the public and our environment Ownership of Job Enhanced Driver's License preferred Compensation: Hourly, based on experience Benefits Package Job Duties may change at any time due to business needs.
