Looking for Practice Spot

Due to the passing of our Landlord of 20 + years we are looking for a new rehearsal space. We practice twice per week in the evenings so a space that is not in a residential area is preferred. We are a four piece group looking for a space in which we can leave our insured gear and practice whenever we are available. Do you have space just sitting that could be collecting rent? We are aware of Level 5 and Rock and Roll City. We would prefer a private space like we have had.
