Job description We are seeking an Event Scheduling and Logistics position to join our busy team! The position will coordinate employee scheduling, payroll, the flow of work, employee relations and communication between departments as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Responsibilities: Scheduling employees for multiple company's events, paperwork Maintain and improve execution of production/event assignments to all employees Maintain and improve employee relations and retention program Hiring and Train all Event Staff Positions Payroll Duties and Prep Serve as point of contact between event employees and planning teams Logistics and general office duties Qualifications: Previous experience in production, planning, or other related fields helpful Strong Organizational Skills and Experience Required Strong project management skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in teams Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint Hours May Vary: Tuesday - Saturday, approximately 9:00 am - 5:30 pm are required with weekend event work. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 - $20.00+ per hour based on experience Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shifts 8 hour shifts Day shifts Weekend availability Ability to commute: Fort Collins, CO 80528: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: management: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: One location or on-site at events
