Full Job Description In search of detail oriented, reliable, motivated cleaners! Interviews are being scheduled immediately. About the Job: We are searching for detail oriented model home cleaners! This shift is for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings from approx. 5:30pm-12am. These are all brand new beautiful homes that are not lived in or occupied! Some of what the job includes: Mopping, polishing, and sweeping the floors, wiping down toilets, sinks, bathtubs, counters and entryways. There is typically 1 restroom that are used by the sales managers only that we clean. The rest restrooms are not used in the homes and are brand new. Sweeping entry / threshold area. Vacuuming everything in the house, including carpets, furniture, upholstery, etc. Dusting the surfaces such as window ledges, window and sliding door tracks, and furniture. Wiping down every surface in kitchens, bathrooms, and showers making sure they are dust and finger print free. Polishing sinks and all chrome fixtures. Shining the mirrors, spot cleaning marks on windows, polishing chrome surfaces such as stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and light fixtures. Plumping and fluffing up cushions on couches, chairs and beds. Straitening all decorator items that have been touched or moved by the public including chairs and bar stools. Inventory supplies that may need to be replenished for the sales staff restroom such as toilet paper, tri-fold napkins, soap, air freshener etc. We will consider teams, so child and parent or couples, or friends, are welcome to apply This is the perfect job, if you are looking to supplement your income! Depending on your skill level, we are offering between $15 - $17, or more (starting) per hour. The job starts immediately. Typically you will work between approx 6 hours every evening or until the homes are clean. You must have reliable transportation, be dependable, hard working, and show up to the job you are assigned and to every shift on time no exceptions! We provide all your cleaning supplies and equipment. All supplies and equipment are stored at the in company vehicle, in most cases. You do not have to have professional cleaning experience however, we do ask that you're a very good cleaner with an attention to detail and enjoy cleaning.
