Drummer wanted for new solo project, think Springsteen meets Spoon

I've played in bands for years around the Front Range and I am currently looking for a drummer to fill out a backing band for my new solo side project. More of a dynamic sound, think Bruce-E Street Band meets Spoon. Rock and roll, soul, maybe some country, covers and plenty of originals. Not looking for anyone crazy talented, just someone who can hold the song together, is pretty available, likes to play shows, vibes well with the band and has their life outside of music fairly together. We are in our mid 20s-early 30s, have our lives outside of music together, and have been playing in one form or another for years. We like to have fun but at the end of the day we remained disciplined to the pursuit of our art and musicmaking. Expect to practice at least once a week or every other week depending, the goal is to gig regularly once we are ready. If that interests you lets talk!
