Temporary caretaker for single family house

Stay overnight in my house for 30-60 days while it is on the market and keep an eye on it. It is vacant and has been vanadalized, and the only way to prevent this from happening again is for it to be occupied. It is was built last year and is brand new construction. There is electricity, gas and water, but no furniture, and some appliances (like the fridge) are gone. Also, the windows are boarded up. It will not be a vacation staying there, but it's only for 30-60 days. You would need to bring your own mattress and sleeping materials. If you're interested, email me briefly with your background.
