Janitorial Tech Role Summary Janitorial Tech is a part-time position reporting to a Team Lead and performs janitorial activities around the greater New Orleans area. Role Responsibilities Interacts professionally with the staff and clients o Perform cleaning activities including but not limited to pressure washing, floor/carpet/window cleaning and move-in/out cleaning in commercial and residential spaces Follow established industry standards and industrial-level equipment to make sure that the areas you service are always appropriately cleaned, disinfected and are ready according to schedule Follow health and safety policies including the use of proper PPE in the performance of custodial tasks Tracking and recording time spent at the job site Role Qualifications o One year of janitorial experience preferred o Possess and maintain a Louisiana Driver's License o Ability to perform independently o Organized, detail and deadline oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks o Ability to work nights or alterative shifts (All schedules are reviewed periodically and may be subject to change) Physical Requirements * Heavy lifting up to 100 lbs. *Considerable moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying of janitorial cart and other equipment o Considerable time on-feet, standing and walking, both inside and outside
