Handyman Needed in Monrovia

Description

Our property management company is in need of a handyman for about 5-7 jobs a week. Work includes light plumbing, patching, painting, garbage disposals, light fixture replacement, etc. We send you a work order and you make contact with the tenant to schedule. You will then invoice us for the work and we will write a check. If the job has a lot of material costs we can pay you a deposit. We generally pay $35-75 per hour depending on the job.
