Re-homing dog

I currently have a 7 year old lab/staffordshire terrier mut that I am unable to keep. I have had him for 6 years and I am sadly moving where I cannot bring him with me. I am reaching out to see if anyone can re-home him or take him in for fostering/shelter. He is neutered and up to date on all shots. He has been a very good dog and I am hoping to find someone/some place that can help me to help him find a good home. If you can reach out to me asap I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
