Job Summary Truck-Tech Engineers, INC. has an immediate opening for a light duty truck equipment mechanic. Candiates MUST have some mechanical or electrical experience, on the job training will be provided. Must have a valid driver's license. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. with available overtime opportunities. JOB DESCRIPTION: Install and fabricate new truck equipment components and electrical. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW: Assemble shelving units & drawers, cabinets & bulkheads. Install the above equipment to specs Mount & run wire for electrical components (strobes, work lights brake controllers & power inverter). Operate shop machines & equipment (Shear, Hi-lo & Drill Press) Ability to lift over 50lbs. Ability to read & comprehend simple instructions & calmly deal with variables.
