They offer training and with time the opportunity to learn high paid skills like rope access and lift certifications. Basic Qualifications for Building Maintenance Technician: 1. Able to stand for extended periods of time 2. Able to lift up to 60 lbs. 3. Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0-100 degrees 4. Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 20 feet 5. Clean Appearance 6. Self-Motivated, Coachable Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Quality Orientation 2. Exterior window cleaning using long poles, ladders, and water-fed poles. 3. Interior window cleaning. 4. Pressure washing 5. Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Preferred (but not required) Skills: 1. Window Cleaning Experience Hours: Approx. 6:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. Compensation: 1. Earning potential starts off at up to $700-850 per week for training depending on experience and qualifications. 2.
