I'm starting a local Girl Scout troop here in Ector... there are literally none out here for us to even join, wOw! We will start by asking the girls in our local elementary, but we would LOVE for anyone to come join or volunteer with us. I have some really fun adventures and activities planned for our girls! Understandably things are hard at the moment financially, so if you think that cost might be an issue PLEASE don't let that hold you back. There's a Girl Scout assistance program just for that and I'm also working on getting sponsorships from local businesses. Don't let anything hold you back from being a part of something that could positively change your daughter's life.
