We are a growing company looking for maintenance personnel. This position is based out of Renton but we have 19 properties that range from Everett to Tacoma. Company vehicles and transportation is provided. The assistant position can be entry level to multiple years of experience. Just need someone that is willing to learn and willing to work and assist our tradesman in the field. Pay is DOE. Job duties include, but not limited to: logistics, painting, drywall repair, preventative maintenance, basic electrical, basic plumbing/drain cleaning. We will provide all the training necessary. Lots of room for growth and moving up for the right candidate.
