We are looking for spoken word artist and poets to perform for National Black Poetry Day! If you are interested in performing your work please reply to this post with your name, stage name, and picture. ALL ARE WELCOME! ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Join us for an amazing night of poetry and spoken word this National Black Poetry Day as we honor the past and present of black poetry! The day celebrates the importance of black heritage and literacy. It also recognizes the contributions made by black poets and shows appreciation to black authors. Charlotte's top orators will be preforming live! Located in the newest Black Owned lounge in Charlotte, NC. A live DJ, free parking, free raffle tickets, and free vacation vouchers will be available to all attendees. Food & drinks are also onsite! Doors open at 7pm.
