I need a maintenance man for the following work Today: Have a blower or wet dry vac to remove dust/dirt on garage floor and or a broom and dust pan to sweep prior to painting Paint Garage (3 walls + ceiling + door trim and garage baseboards and garage 3'x8' entry door (not the big garage door) that leads into the house- sand and paint both sides of the door that leads from inside the house into the garage, plus door trim (remove door from hinges to paint. Remove all electrical outlet covers to paint and then re-install them after painting has been finished. Inside house: Paint the following walls (no baseboards) Remove outlet covers and re-install after painting has been completed. 1 living room wall 1 dining room wall 2 bedroom walls Please list your qualifications, what time you can be there and why I should choose you.
