New construction footer and foundation wall installation. See plans for footer: 24 inch wide x Approx. 24 inch deep. Foundation wall also approx. 24-30 inches high; open to either poured wall (with footer) or block wall w/filled cells. I also need demo and new interior framing that can be done in conjunction with new exterior addition footer foundation work. Got framing skills as well? Framer plans shown in green (new walls/doors) and demo plans shown in red (removal)
