New band forming, northern NJ. Have girl singer and drums, need guitarist, keys and bass. Pro quality, experienced players only. The goal is to start in restaurant/bars, and then break into the 55 and up communities and corporate events. The format will be old school R&B, bluesy rock and roots rock: 60's/70's Soul, Aretha, Motown, Bonnie Raitt, Tedeschi, Laura Nyro, etc. Vocals extremely helpful. Must have pro attitude, pro gear, reliable, no attitudes or egos, and no substance issues. No drama queens. If your significant other doesn't want you to play in a band, please look elsewhere.
