Seeking a loving childcare provider

Hello, My name is Caitlin, and I have a 9-month-old baby boy. I have been a stay-at-home mom since he was born, and I am looking for someone who loves babies and children to care for our boy part-time so I can get back to my freelance work that I create mostly from the apartment. My partner works full-time 8:30-5pm, and takes on additional creative projects outside of normal working hours. As we are both artists, our schedule might change week-to-week, so the perfect person to join our family should have some flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, as needed. We can definitely decide a weekly schedule every week so there is consistency in the process, even if the hours change every week. For example, a typical week might look like: Monday 3-6pm Tuesday 1-4pm Wednesday 8-12pm Thursday 3-6pm Friday 7-10pm Or we could start with 3 days per week and go from there. We are open to your scheduling needs! Our little baby boy is a joy to be around. He is curious and inquisitive, focused and determined, strong and active. The best person should have a lot of patience and be able to move around as this little guy loves to engage with his environment and see how high he can climb! I'd prefer someone who is gently reactive to his impulses and curiosities, rather than trying to push any agenda on the baby (putting toys, screens, flashing lights, in his face, etc.). As a family we love art, music, and nature and all the beautiful parts of nature in every season. It would be great if you could take him outside as much as possible to experience the beauty and wisdom of nature as well. We have a handful of green spaces and parks near our apartment you two can explore together. The ideal candidate to join our little family should have their own transportation, excellent communication, and be a non-smoker. We also live with a cat and a dog, which you won't be responsible for, but just to caution you if you have any allergies or aversions to animals.
