We are Capital Motor Company, a highline and luxury automotive dealership and service center located in Eau Claire, WI. We are currently looking for an additional Automotive Technician. You will have the opportunity to work on newer model BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Volvo, Lexus and Maserati among others. No EXPERIENCE WITH THESE TYPE OF VEHICLES IS NEEDED. Sorry, due to the high volume of customer traffic we do NOT accept any walk-in applications or phone calls! WHAT WE OFFER: NO FLAT RATE! NO WEEKENDS / NO NIGHTS (Monday - Friday Shifts for 8:00AM - 4:30PM for Primary Technicians) Positive & Professional work environment Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Insurance Stipend Temperature Moderated Shop Uniforms Provided REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma Must have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician Must have a valid driver’s license Must have your own tools RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
