Help needed for 2 aggressive dogs!

Just need advice please... I have a German shepherd and I'm rescuing a Belgian Malinios that I know personally. The Belgian is sweet and loves me to death, just like my dog but they are so aggressive with each other... Actually unusual for both of them. I'm keeping them separated right now but that's just a temporary solution. Need to figure out how to get them to make friends! Please help...
