Septa Stop near Correctional Facility

Mid day yesterday (Sunday) I was driving on State Road near the Correctional Facility. You were a middle aged (40s - 50s) black woman waiting at the Septa Stop who waved at me. I was driving a blue Lexus sports car and went up the street to turn around and offer you a ride but the bus came just as I approached the stop and missed you. Wish I could have been there before the bus. If you see this, please reach out and hopefully I can give you a ride when you need one.
