A free community event, where you get to construct your own willow lanterns and parade them through town (Halloween costumes optional).Saturday Oct 29th - 2pm onwards @ Hood River New School. Groups and individuals can sign up for one of 3 arrival times (2pm, 3pm or 4pm) through the afternoon, where you will be taught and provided the materials for a basic willow lantern that you can embellish and customize. Just tell us how many are in your party and how many lanterns you want to make. Sunday Oct 30th - 7pm @ location to be decided. Come one come all (no sign up required) for an informal lantern parade through Hood River to share our honoring of the light with the whole community.
