Need a painter/maintenance worker

I'm seeking a skilled painter/maintenance worker to paint my unit and do minor simple repairs to an empty unit. Must seriously be trained & skilled with lots of experience. Credentials a plus but not required. I need a toilet paper holder installed, outside light fixture replaced and glue down, a microwave handled installed and bathroom cabinet screw drilled in. That's it as for maintenance. The entire unit doesn't have to be painted but touch up needed areas. It's preferred to have one person to complete this task. It needs to be done by October 11th.
