To bring together the 2+U community by encouraging communication, wellness & connection. In-person mindful and results-driven classes held in the Urban Village at 2+U. These classes will help you achieve wellness & personal fulfillment. My goal is to create a safe & inclusive environment for everyone in the community to feel welcome to participate. The session will run from 4:00 to 6:00 PM with blocks of different classes starting every 30 minutes. This programing will run EVERY WEDNESDAY through the month of October.

4:00 - 4:30 PM - Mindful Meditation (30 min)
4:30 - 5:00 PM - Stretching Flow (30 min)
5:00 - 5:30 PM - Vinyasa Yoga (30 min)
5:30 - 6:00 PM - Bootcamp Barre Fitness (30 min)
