Handy Man /Make Ready Special Super 8 by Wyndham is looking for a hotel maintenance man. Located is Clear Lake area in Webster, TX off NASA Rd 1. Applicants should be within a drivable distance of the hotel. Full time position 31,000 - 40,000 per year depending on experience applicant should be able to handle all types of work that comes up in hotel including but not limited to: - Install/swap PTAC AC Units in rooms cleaning filters, clean PTAC Units. - Drywall repair, mud, tape, painting. - Electrical, Plumbing knowledge, and how to wire. -TV installation and mounting on wall - Shower tile, grout, caulking - Pool Maintenance -General Pest Control around property - Property / landscaping upkeep - Strong communication with other staff when work is being performed. Future applicant should have: Own vehicle, dependable and be at work on time ability to think outside the box and get things done in a timely manner. good organization skills, and record keeping of all jobs performed. Previous work in hotels, apartments, and similar types of business experience highly preferred.
