The Tasty History of Japanese Food in America," followed by a discussion of his favorite Denver-area Japanese restaurants. Gil is a journalist and history buff who focuses on Japanese and Japanese American issues and identity. Light refreshments will be served. Get a foodie favor at the end of the event!
