The Home Ownership Seminar will be held at the Reidsville Area Foundation, 2nd floor, 124 S. Scales Street, Reidsville, NC. Attendees will learn about the current market trends and discuss purchasing or selling real estate. Additionally, participants will learn about various types of mortgage financing available, including USDA 100% financing available eligible home buyers in Rockingham County, as well as down payment assistance programs to assist with down payment and/or closing costs.
