Self love yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Self love is a holistic path to spiritual growth of self care.
- In addition to the 1 hour yoga session guests will receive an eucalyptus shower bundle.
- Before and after the session shop local produce and fresh juices.
- Doors open at 9:30 am
- 10 am & 12:30 pm classes avaialble
- *BYOM* Bring your own mat
- Mingle and shop before and after class from 9:30 am - 10 , 11 am - 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
