Hello everyone, I will be hosting my second fitness event at Lincoln-way North High School south parking lot. This event is dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness to support our strong women who are fighting, has overcome or has lost their life to breast cancer. A portion of the money made will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Make sure to wear PINK to show your extra support. Everyone is welcomed. Don't forget to bring water, a yoga mat or a large towel and some good vibes.
